Van Besouw X Studio Linse
For the ninth edition of Masterly - The Dutch in Milano, Van Besouw and Studio Linse joined forces for an exclusive presentation: The Elements Collection.
In the impressive Palazzo dei Giureconsulti, Van Besouw showcased a new tufted collection designed by Studio Linse. The Elements Collection is inspired by the primal power of the four elements: Earth, Water, Air and Fire. Elements that shape our existence and invite us to reflect on who we are and where we stand.
The collection consists of four rugs that flow together in color and texture. Each element has its own character, but together they form one harmonious whole. Since 1839, Van Besouw has stood for innovation, craftsmanship and sustainability. In collaboration with Studio Linse, this heritage comes together in a timeless, layered collection that touches and connects.
The Elements Collection
Earth
Stability, strength and connection to nature. The textures and colors of this element reflect the rich, layered depth of the earth, from deep green to pale green accents. A warm base that brings peace and balance to any space.
Water
Calmness, renewal and pure energy. This element captures the movement of water through the lapping waves. Cool blues, wavy textures and a soft sheen bring a sense of freshness and serenity.
Air
Lightness, dynamism and freedom. The design of this element is playful and airy, with subtle patterns reminiscent of the dance of the wind. Soft beige tones and airy textures create an atmosphere of space and movement.
Fire
Passie, kracht en transformatie. Dit element straalt warmte en energie uit met diepe bruintinten en rijke gelen. Dynamische lijnen en verschillende texturen symboliseren de gloed en intensiteit en creëren een ruimte die uitnodigt tot actie en verandering.
