The building is designed with an open and transparent character, in harmony with the city and its promenade. The entrance, featuring six bronze statues and a glass façade, creates a seamless transition from the street to the interior. Inside, high ceilings, light grey limestone, and a central skylight contribute to a bright and spacious atmosphere. The upper floors house offices, a library, meeting rooms, and informal gathering spaces that encourage social interaction.
